ABOUT ME
Hello, I’m Tania Shybko.
I support people in developing a more grounded, clear, and authentic way of navigating their lives, their work, and their relationships — especially in moments of pressure, complexity, or transition.
My approach sits at the intersection of embodiment, mindfulness, and relational work. I help people move beyond purely cognitive understanding, and develop the capacity to:
become more aware of their internal patterns
regulate their nervous system and responses to stress
act and relate with more clarity, alignment, and authenticity
Before moving into coaching and facilitation, I spent over a decade working in humanitarian contexts, including in senior leadership roles. I managed complex programs and multicultural teams in high-pressure and crisis-affected environments.
This experience deeply shaped my understanding of leadership, resilience, and human dynamics. It also showed me the limits of purely intellectual or technical approaches when it comes to navigating stress, decision-making, and relationships.
Alongside my professional path, I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for over ten years. Over time, I integrated embodiment and relational practices, which allowed for a much deeper transformation — not only in how I manage stress, but in how I relate to myself and others.
Today, my work is about supporting others in developing these capacities in a practical and integrated way, grounded in real-life situations rather than abstract concepts.
My TRAINING
My work is informed by both formal training and long-term personal practice.
I am a certified mindfulness meditation instructor, having completed the Mindfulness Instructor Training Program with Mindspot, a 1.5-year program covering both theoretical foundations (including neurophysiology) and teaching practice in group and individual settings.
I am also a certified embodiment coach, and have completed the Leadership Embodiment Coach Training, based on the methodology developed by Wendy Palmer, as well as the Embodiment Coaching Training with Embodiment Unlimited.
In addition, I am currently deepening my practice and facilitation skills through ongoing training in Authentic Relating, focusing on relational presence, communication, and attunement in both one-on-one and group settings.
Alongside these certifications, I maintain a consistent personal practice and regularly engage in mentoring, retreats and workshops that continue to inform and refine my work.
