ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Tania Shybko, and I am passionate about well-being and supporting others in cultivating moments of presence in their lives.

For more than a decade, I have been immersed in the practice of mindfulness meditation and am certified as both a mindfulness instructor and an embodiment coach.

My journey began years ago when a deep curiosity about the world and its people led me into a career in humanitarian assistance. Managing projects in crisis and conflict-afflicted regions proved both fulfilling and challenging. The demands of the job underscored the importance of self-care and resilience in my life.

It was during this time that I discovered the profound impact of mindfulness meditation and embodiment practices. These tools not only helped me manage stress more effectively but also enabled me to foster a deeper connection with my body and emotions, enhancing my presence and overall well-being.

My personal transformation through these practices was so profound that I decided to become a certified instructor of secular mindfulness and embark on a journey as an embodiment coach. My passion lies in guiding others on their path to well-being, offering self-care solutions that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.

I have witnessed the remarkable transformations that individuals can achieve in their lives through the integration of mindfulness, embodiment, and coaching, and it continues to be a source of immense joy and fulfillment in my career.

My TRAINING

I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Instructor Training Program delivered by Mindspot. The 1.5-year program has provided me with a comprehensive overview of mindfulness practice, covering its history and the underlying neurophysiological mechanisms, along with valuable hands-on teaching experience in both group and individual settings.

Regarding my personal practice, I have maintained a consistent mindfulness practice for over 10 years and have attended several meditation retreats.

Furthermore, driven by my passion for movement and the mind-body connection, I actively participate in courses and workshops related to movement and embodiment. I have successfully completed the Certificate of Embodiment Coaching course, which has deepened my personal embodiment practice and equipped me to share embodiment tools with others. Additionally, I have completed the Leadership Embodiment Coach Training, which is based on the methodology developed by Wendy Palmer.
