My name is Tania Shybko, and I am passionate about well-being and cultivating presence in our lives.

I am a certified instructor of secular mindfulness practice and an embodiment coach, which complements my career in the humanitarian aid sector. I deeply enjoy supporting others in finding self-care tools adapted to their needs and goals.

Mindfulness meditation and embodiment practices have been an integral part of my self-care journey for more than a decade. They have not only been vital in helping me deal with stress and pressure but have also helped me become more present and connected to myself.

I currently offer 1:1 and group sessions to support people in cultivating their own moments of presence. You can find more information about my background and my offers below.

  • WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

    Mindfulness practice involves cultivating focused and non-judgmental awareness of the present moment, including thoughts, sensations, and emotions.

    Its benefits include reduced stress, improved emotional regulation, enhanced concentration, increased self-awareness, and better overall well-being. Mindfulness can also foster greater resilience, better decision-making, and healthier relationships.

  • WHAT IS EMBODIMENT?

    "Embodiment" refers to the process of connecting and becoming more aware of one's physical body, sensations, emotions, and the way they are experienced in the present moment. It emphasizes the integration of the mind and body.

    Embodiment coaching doesn't just focus on our thoughts and beliefs; it embraces our whole being, including our body's experiences. The body takes center stage in this approach. Shifting the focus to the body adds a fresh dimension, unlocking new possibilities. It helps us become aware of things we might not have noticed before and uncover valuable insights.
