Embodiment coaching is a great tool to tap into the wisdom of your body

The word "embodiment" emphasizes the integration of the mind and body, fostering a deeper understanding of one's physical self and its role in everyday life.

Embodiment coaching doesn't just focus on our thoughts and beliefs; it embraces our whole being, including our body's experiences. The body takes center stage in this approach.

Shifting the focus to the body adds a fresh dimension, unlocking new possibilities. It helps us become aware of things we might not have noticed before and uncover valuable insights, finding new ways to achieve our goals.

Through body-focused techniques, we gain clarity about our state, developing increased awareness of our sensations, feelings, and emotions.

We also start recognizing long-term patterns that shape our behavior - and can then decide whether to stick with them or develop alternative ways of being, expanding the range of what is accessible to us.

Session Format

You can choose between an exploratory session (1 hour, 60 EUR) or a 3-session package (3 sessions of 1 hour each, 50 EUR per session). An exploratory session lets you dive into a specific question or issue, while a 3-session package enables a deeper exploration from various angles.

Feel free to bring any query, challenge, or situation that resonates with you. Even if the challenge or query isn't entirely clear, we can work together to clarify it during the session.

Embodiment is all about practice. During each session, I'll assist you in crafting a simple practice that fits into your daily routine, helping you achieve your goals.

Sessions are available in English, French and Russian.

Sessions are conducted online (via Zoom) or in person for those based in Nantes.

FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

During the free introductory session (20 minutes), we will get to know each other, clarify your goals and needs, and address any questions you might have to determine whether working together would be a good fit.
