Individual mindfulness sessions

If you would like to equip yourself with tools that can help you take better care of yourself, be more present in your life, learn to rest more deeply, quiet the busy mind, deal with stress and anxiety, raise emotional awareness, feel more connected to the body or even improve your capacity for concentration, mindfulness meditation has the potential to be of great support to you.

Diving into mindfulness practice with the support of an instructor can be an excellent way to acquire a better understanding of the way mindfulness works and enable you to reap the benefits of starting or enhancing your own practice.

I take a soft and tailored approach to identifying practices that would be appropriate to your specific needs and goals.

How does it work?

- During the 1:1 sessions, we will discuss your needs and goals and design a mindfulness practice which can support you in achieving these goals

- As regularity is key, we will meet once every 7-10 days

- An average of 5 sessions is usually necessary to work towards the objectives we have set together. The duration of our work together can, however, be adjusted to your needs

- I will remain available between the sessions to answer any questions you might have regarding your practice

- Audio recordings and visual materials will be provided to support you in your practice between the sessions

- Cost of 1 online session (60 minutes): 60 EUR. Package of 3 sessions: 150 EUR (50 EUR / session)

Sessions can be conducted in English, French or Russian

FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

During the free introductory session (20 minutes), we will discuss the mindfulness approach, clarify your goals and needs, and address any questions you might have.

The objectives of the session are to allow us to get to know each other and to help you decide whether the mindfulness approach would be right for you.
