We will also investigate how to skillfully navigate both pleasant and unpleasant experiences through various mindfulness practices, with each session introducing a different technique.

    Discussing bodily and emotional awareness and the way mindfulness helps enhance it, supporting us in being more in touch with ourselves

  • Session 04 / Mindfulness and stress

    Discussing the interlinkages between stress, self-regulation and mindfulness practice

  • session 05 / The pleasant and the unpleasant

    Developing the capacity to fully savor pleasant experiences and skillfully navigate unpleasant ones using mindfulness tools

  • Session 06 / Heartfulness

    Discussing the importance of self-care, exploring the concept of heartfulness, reviewing the course, and addressing how to continue your practice after the course ends
